I am very impressed by the efficient taxi service and admired the Way T and T, the driver and courier, efficiently and calmly dealt with the problem of our late arrival at Land's End Airport (due to exceptionally heavy traffic.) I understand the airport and St. Mary's stayed open to accommodate us at your expense.

I must also commend the staff at the Atlantic Hotel as well as local guide 'Chas' who was very informative and a good walking companion.

'Thank you for the most wonderful Christmas holiday at the Norton Park Hotel, Winchester.

We had a great group of people on our coach who all seemed to get on with each other. The hotel was superb, beautiful bedrooms with en suite, lovely restaurants to eat in, and a lovely bar area with comfortable chairs to lounge around in. Beautiful indoor swimming pool which I made use of, and I managed to have a neck and back massage as well.

Our courier P couldn't have been nicer, she was wonderful with everybody and helped us in anything we needed or required. She was there every step of the way and our holiday certainly wouldn't have been so good without her.

P our driver was also a lovely guy and kept us informed all the time, and knowing that I don't travel well on coaches and managed to have seat no.2 I could honestly say that both ways, the journeys were absolutely fine.

I enjoyed the holiday so much I doubt if another one would come up to scratch, but saying this, I would love your Christmas brochure for 2013 when it comes out if you could put me on the mailing list.

We felt we must thank you very much for the wonderful Christmas holiday at the Queens Hotel, Bournemouth.

By this time, we are well acquainted with the Queens and as usual it was very friendly and welcoming – the food was excellent and we really enjoyed it all.

Our driver E was more than pleasant and is a very safe and competent driver as you will know. This time we had a courier, T, and we cannot speak too highly of her – she really did “mother” us all.

We are now looking forward to the Reunion in Eastbourne and hope to see you all there.
