Visit the honey-stone streets of pretty villages, take a journey through the Cotswolds countryside by train, visit the panto and enjoy the warmth and hospitality of our four-star hotel as we return to the Cotswolds for Christmas.
Day 1 CHRISTMAS EVE We travel across country toward Cheltenham, making suitable refreshment stops along the way. On arrival we enjoy tea, coffee and cakes in the lounge. We have a drinks reception with carols in the lounge before dinner and a festive quiz. Information about Midnight Services is available at reception. (Transport not included.)
Day 2 CHRISTMAS DAY Happy Christmas! Spend the morning enjoying the leisure facilities or relaxing in the hotel. We enjoy drinks in the lounge before your traditional Christmas Luncheon. Tea, coffee, Christmas cake and the King’s Speech will be available in the lounge. This evening the Festive Buffet is followed by an evening of entertainment.
Day 3 BOXING DAY After a hearty breakfast, we set off mid-morning and travel down to Swindon for free time before the 1pm performance of Cinderella at the Wyvern Theatre. This family pantomime is full of fun, festive cheer and wonderful musical numbers. This evening’s Gala Dinner Dance is followed by more musical entertainment.
Day 4 A morning excursion on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway from Cheltenham to Broadway, followed by free time in this pretty Cotswold town. We return to our hotel for the final night’s dinner.
Day 5 Today we make our way homeward with suitable refreshment stops along the way.
Our four-star hotel is located between Cheltenham and Gloucester and boasts excellent leisure facilities including swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and gym. Bedrooms have TV, telephone, WiFi, ironing facilities, safe, fridge, hairdryer and hospitality tray. The hotel has a lift.
