Set in the heart of an historic landscape, Bodiam Castle is the archetypal 14th - Century moated castle, with spiral staircases, battlements and a portcullis. It’s one of Britain's most picturesque and romantic ancient monuments.
After our morning visit to the castle, we head to Bodiam Station to board our steam train for a relaxing journey through the beautiful countryside, with an included Ploughman’s lunch served on board.
