'I think your service is second to none and we heard (via the taxi driver) that none of the other companies service is as good as yours i.e. people are dropped off whether the taxis are there or not. Woods always wait until the taxis arrive before letting people off the coach.

As I am slightly disabled being picked up from home and delivered back is a great asset and also having no problem with my luggage along the way. I also appreciated the way in which the order was reversed on the return journey so that those who were picked up first were also dropped off first. The coach was very comfortable.

He was an excellent driver and throughout the whole tour, especially on tricky, narrow roads, we had complete confidence in his exceptional skill and judgement. I have known drivers who rant on at length in a way which drives everybody to sleep but E got it just right. Whenever we stopped he had my disabled 'wheelbarrow' at the ready! 'My wife and I have just returned from the Trier tour which was first class. The coach, hotel and food were all of a very high standand and the holiday was an excellent break with the run up to Christmas.

I wish in particular to mentioned the driver, T. He performed his driving duties over and beyond the call of duty. Driving down on the Sunday the snow came down and was unrelenting. I honestly did not think we were going to make it. T remained calm, professional and safe throughout in very difficult conditions. Everyone on board the coach sang his praises. Even as a bonus to us all, on our return journey, we went via Lille in France and had an hour at the market. He is a credit to your team in holding up the good name of Woods.
