Conditions of sale and passenger information for Day Excursion Programme

Please make your excursion booking as far in advance as possible, as in this way we gauge the likely demand well in advance. If there should be inadequate demand, or if it is impossible to run the excursion for any other reason we reserve the right to cancel the departure. In this case, of course, all fares paid will be refunded in full. When booking we require a contact telephone number and an address where you can be reached. Non-refundable and nontransferable tickets will be issued with each booking. For operational reasons, we reserve the right to change the size and seating plan of the coach.
