This new tour combines two wonderful elements. Firstly you have a visit to the renowned Malvern Spring Garden Show where amateurs and experts alike flock each year to admire the displays and to gain ideas and advice about their own gardens. Secondly we have the excellent facilities, activities and entertainment of Warner’s ‘Adults Only’ Holme Lacy. These will combine to ensure an interesting and fun-filled break.

ITINERARY

Day 1 We pick you up from your door by taxi, and then our coach will travel across country making a stop in Cheltenham for lunch. We continue to our Warner hotel near Hereford arriving late afternoon.

Day 2 This morning we travel the short distance into the historic walled city of Hereford. Spend your time shopping or visit the magnificent cathedral, which contains the famous Mappa Mundi and the world’s largest Chained Library. The afternoon is free to enjoy our hotel.

Day 3 Today we visit Leominster before following the ‘Black and White Villages Trail’ through Herefordshire with many picturesque timber-framed shops, inns and houses in tiny villages and hamlets.

Day 4 A day today at the Three Counties Show Ground for the Malvern Spring Gardening Show, which every year showcases some of the finest garden design talent in the country. In 2012 there will be around 30 gardens to admire and you have the chance to talk with the designers to find out how to transform your own garden.

Day 5 Departing after breakfast, we travel back to the local area making suitable refreshment stops along the way.
