Barcelo Shrigley Hall Hotel

A breathtaking tour, discovering the picturesque countryside of one of the most spectacular areas of Britain. This tour is a must for those who enjoy beautiful scenery coupled with places of historical interest.
ITINERARY
Day 1 After the usual taxi pick ups we make our way north via SWINDON, CHELTENHAM and STAFFORD, making stops en route. A welcome drink will be served before dinner for a chance to meet your fellow guests.
Day 2 Today we visit TATTON PARK. Enjoy visiting the Old Hall, mansion, gardens and rare breeds farm in this popular heritage attraction. We’ll have time to browse at leisure before returning to our hotel.
Day 3 Today we drive into the PEAK DISTRICT to BUXTON, MATLOCK and CHESTERFIELD. This afternoon we return to the hotel via DRONFIELD and WHALEY BRIDGE.
Day 4 Today we visit CHATSWORTH HOUSE, the home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. We can experience famous works of art, browse in the beautiful farm and gift shop, and enjoy fine homemade refreshments in the restaurants and cafés.
Day 5 We make our way south, stopping at the NATIONAL MEMORIAL ARBORETUM in Staffordshire along the way for a tour and lunch. We then wend our way back to the south making a refreshment stop on the way.
