ITINERARY
Day 1 Departing the local area we travel across country to Cheltenham where we stop for free time to window shop and have lunch. We continue to our hotel just over the Welsh border and enjoy a welcome drink before dinner for a chance to meet your fellow guests.
Day 2 This morning we travel into Liverpool. At the Albert Dock we visit the Beatles Story, a superb exhibition devoted to the Fab Four, before our River Mersey Explorer Cruise. This afternoon we visit Port Sunlight in The Wirrel. Originally built by the local philanthropist Lord Leverhulme as homes for his soap factory workforce, we will enjoy a guided tour by coach of the village.
Day 3 After a leisurely breakfast we take you to historic Chester. We have arranged a part coach / walking guide in this walled city with free time for you to have lunch. This afternoon you can either stay in Chester or return to the hotel to make use of the leisure facilities.
Day 4 We start today visiting the ‘black & white’ town of Tarporley. A visit to the Old Fire Station Chocolate Shop is a must where you can treat yourself to their delicious hand made chocolates! Free time to wander around and have lunch. This afternoon we have a short drive to the little village of Tattenhall, where we visit Cheshire Farm Ice Cream to explore and maybe enjoy one of the many delicious flavours on offer.
Day 5 Leaving our hotel after breakfast, we make a stop at Bicester Shopping Village before continuing our journey back to the local area, to be met by our taxis and transferred home.
