This beautiful, unspoilt regency town overlooking the waters of Lyme Bay has managed to preserve much of its old world charm. This tour gives you time to enjoy the town as well as sightseeing along the coast, a tram ride at Seaton and a day on Dartmoor.
ITINERARY
Day 1 After a morning taxi pick up, we stop in Bournemouth for lunch, then on into Devon, arriving at our hotel in the afternoon.
Day 2 This morning we travel to Seaton to board the famous Seaton Tramway for a return journey to Colyton, travelling by narrow gauge tram through the glorious Axe Valley through two nature reserves. This afternoon is free, or join your driver on a trip to the Donkey Sanctuary.
Day 3 A day at leisure to enjoy this beautiful regency town.
Day 4 Today we take you on a sightseeing tour through Dartmoor National Park, enjoying the wild scenery and visiting Buckfast Abbey and Princetown.
Day 5 Leaving our hotel after breakfast, we travel home via Dorchester. We reach the local area late afternoon.
