Penventon Park Hotel
This charming Georgian mansion house is privately owned and run and is set in acres of parkland 20 minutes from Truro, Falmouth and St Ives. The lounge, dining room and cocktail bar are all sumptuously decorated and the hotel has an indoor pool, sauna and fitness suite. The attractively furnished rooms have TV, telephone, hairdryer and hospitality tray. The hotel does not have a lift but some ground floor rooms are available.

Join us on this lovely break to an outstanding hotel listed in ‘Britains Best Hotels Guide’ published by the AA. We visit some beautiful Cornish towns including Falmouth and St Ives, take in some wonderful scenery and some of the best gardens Cornwall has to offer.
ITINERARY
Day 1 After a morning pick up by taxi, we make our way west making suitable refreshment stops along the way and arriving at our hotel late afternoon.
Day 2 A free day or alternatively an optional trip to The Eden Project (entrance approx. £16). We arrive mid morning and depart mid afternoon visiting Charlestown on our return to the hotel.
Day 3 We travel to Falmouth to enjoy the shopping opportunities, maybe stroll along to Pendennis Castle. After free time for lunch we make our way to Truro before returning to the hotel.
Day 4 A morning in St Ives followed by a visit to Trengwainton Gardens where there are splendid views across Mount’s Bay to The Lizard.
Day 5 A scenic drive west to Penzance travelling via Marazion with views of St Michael’s Mount. Our drive takes us though a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. We stop to visit Porthcurno and the award winning Telegraph Museum - a showcase of Victorian ‘internet’ and an important hub for World War II secret communication.
Day 6 We depart after breakfast taking a different route to the local area, meeting our taxis late afternoon.
