Penta Hotel

Situated just a short distance from the pedestrian zone in the heart of Trier, Porta Nigra, the cathedral and the famous Roman thermal baths, the modern Penta Hotel has a restaurant, cocktail bar and lounge. Rooms are equipped with TV, telephone and hairdryer. The hotel has a lift.
ITINERARY
Day 1 After your taxi pick up, we meet our coach and travel to Dover for the short sea crossing to Calais. We continue through Belgium and into Germany, reaching Trier before our first evening meal.
Day 2 A free day to soak up the festive ambiance of this beautiful town and maybe visit some of the historic sites. Explore the charming market for gifts including Christmas decorations, wooden toys, hand-blown glassware and ceramics, and taste the traditional German dishes.
Day 3 Today we travel to the banks of the Moselle to Cochem, a picture-perfect town of half-timbered houses, a fairy tale castle and a riverside promenade. We can explore the market and try the local Glühwein before moving on to the pretty town of Bernkastel where another Christmas market will be taking place. This day also includes a visit to a local wine maker for a tasting!
Day 4 Departing after breakfast, we return to Calais for the crossing to Dover. From here we return to the local area in the evening to meet our taxis and bring all of our purchases home.
