People who have visited Sidmouth once generally return again and again. The beautiful, unspoilt regency town overlooking the waters of Lyme Bay has managed to preserve much of its old world charm, people promenading along the sea front unhindered by the intrusion of modern buildings, much as they would have done centuries before.

ITINERARY

Day 1 A morning departure as we make our way through HAMPSHIRE and DORSET, stopping in WEYMOUTH for lunch, and continuing into DEVON to our hotel.

Day 2 After a short visit to the DONKEY SANCTUARY, we drive to COLYTON to board the famous tram for the scenic ride to SEATON. After disembarking there will be time to look around and have lunch before returning to our hotel.

Day 3 Today we take you on a sightseeing tour through DARTMOOR, enjoying the wild scenery and stopping in WIDECOMBE, one of the most picturesque villages on the moor, for lunch.

Day 4 A day at leisure to enjoy this lovely regency town.

Day 5 We visit EXETER today and enjoy a cruise on the RIVER EXE.

Day 6 We travel along the coast to BOURNEMOUTH, where we have time to look around the town and have lunch. We return you to your homes late afternoon
