ITINERARY

Day 1 After your door to door taxi transfer, we make our way to Malmesbury where we have included a light lunch. We continue across the Severn Bridge into Wales, Cardiff and our hotel.

Day 2 A free day to explore Cardiff. Visit the castle or the Millennium Stadium or just enjoy the shops and lovely street cafés.

Day 3 This morning we visit the Museum of Welsh Life in the grounds of St Fagan’s Castle, one of the best open air museums in Europe with some stunning gardens. In the afternoon we take a scenic coastal drive.

Day 4 Today we travel along the beautiful Gower Peninsula, first along Swansea Bay and stopping at Mumbles Head for refreshments. We continue to Rhossili where we have free time for lunch. On our return we visit Swansea before returning to our hotel in Cardiff.

Day 5 Leaving Cardiff after breakfast, we cross into England and on to Lacock for our lunch stop. Dating back to the 13th Century with many limewashed, half-timbered and stone houses, the village has been seen on the BBC in ‘Pride and Prejudice’ and ‘Cranford’. We arrive home late afternoon.
