We are returning to the wonderful Best Western Tiverton Hotel for both a Spring and an Autumn tour of Devon. We visit Barnstable, Ilfracombe, Lynmouth, Bideford and Exeter and tour through some beautiful Devon countryside. Finally a visit to the RHS Garden Rosemoor – a delight at any time of year.

ITINERARY

Day 1 A taxi picks you up from home and takes you to your Woods coach, which then travels west to Honiton before continuing to our hotel in mid Devon.

Day 2 After breakfast we travel to Barnstaple where you can visit the famous pannier market, a thriving undercover market since 1855. We continue via Ilfracombe to Lynmouth where we have free time for lunch. We return to our hotel through the Exmoor National Park.

Day 3 Driving south to Exeter we have arranged for a guided coach tour of the city lasting approximately one hour. The afternoon is free for you to explore, shop or visit the magnificent St Peter’s Cathedral or the historic quayside.

Day 4 Today we visit the pretty town of Bideford before visiting RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Here you can stroll through the enchanting 53-acre garden, meticulously crafted and planted against the backdrop of steep wooded valley sides. We return to our hotel mid afternoon.

Day 5 Departing after breakfast, we make our way to Street and the Clarks Village Shopping Outlet. We continue eastwards and are met by our taxis to take us home.
