Hotel Le Meridien Pyramids

On board facilities include a restaurant, lounge bar, sun deck with pool and a poolside bar. The cabins are allocated on the 3 higher decks and all offer identical facilities, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, safe and mini bar.
ITINERARY
Day 1 A taxi pick up from your home to join the Woods coach to Heathrow airport for your flight to Cairo. On arrival you will be transferred by local coach to your hotel for a 2 night stay (room and breakfast only).
Day 2 After breakfast you will be taken on an excursion to the Pyramids and Egyptian museum. You return to the hotel in the late afternoon and have an opportunity of using the leisure facilities or just relaxing in the garden. Tonight you have the chance of an optional excursion to the Pyramids and Sphinx, sound and light show including transfers.
Day 3 Today you will be transferred to Cairo airport for the short flight to Luxor and taken to your ship, Royal Viking.
Day 4 An included excursion to the Valley of the Kings.
Day 5 An excursion to the Temple of Edfu.
Day 6 Visit to High Dam at Aswan and the Temple of Philae.
Day 7 Today is at leisure. You may like to take an optional excursion to the Temple at Abu Simbel, this can be arranged locally either by air or coach.
Day 8 A day at leisure cruising. Just relax and enjoy the facilities on Royal Viking.
Day 9 A visit to the Temples at Karnak and Luxor.
Day 10 The morning is at leisure; disembarkation is followed by a flight from Luxor to Gatwick. You will be met by the Woods coach and returned to the local area and a taxi to your home.
