Hotel du Domaine Des Ormes

Our hotel enjoys a peaceful countryside location near Dolde- Bretagne. All rooms have television and telephone and the hotel has a lift. Relax in the heated outdoor pool or on the sun terrace and gardens. Wine, water and coffee are included with your evening meals.
ITINERARY
Day 1 After an early taxi pick up, we travel to Portsmouth to board the morning crossing to Caen. Arriving mid afternoon, we continue to our hotel in time for dinner.
Day 2 This morning we make our way to Mont St-Michel where there will be time to climb to the abbey at the summit. There are cafes and gift shops on the lower levels for those who do not wish to walk that distance. We depart after lunch and we can either enjoy the town of Dol-de-Bretagne or free time to explore the grounds of the hotel and maybe use the pool.
Day 3 Today we travel to the pretty fishing town of Cancale, famous for its oysters, and then on to the walled city of St Malo. Here we will have time to stroll through the fortified town with its many shops and restaurants, or perhaps board the mini-train for a tour of the town.
Day 4 An excursion to the medieval town of Dinan, where you can enjoy the cobbled streets, timber-framed houses, harbour, and visit St Sauveur Basilica. We then take a scenic drive along the rugged Emerald coastline including a stop at Cap Fréhel, with remarkable panoramic views.
Day 5 Departing after breakfast, we travel to St Malo and board our ferry for Portsmouth, arriving early evening and then continuing to our taxis and home.
