Best Western Glendower Hotel
This privately owned hotel enjoys a prime seafront position a short walk from the centre of Lytham St Annes, away from the bustle of Blackpool. The hotel offers snooker, table tennis and a golf simulator. All rooms have TV, telephone, hairdryer and hospitality tray. There is a lift, but some stairs need to be negotiated to access most rooms.

We return again to the three-star Glendower Hotel in Lytham St Annes for our tour of the famous illuminations, which every autumn transform a five-mile stretch of the promenade into a breathtaking blaze of colourful lights in spectacular designs. We have included a day visiting Lake Windermere, with fine views of the spectacular Cumbrian scenery.
ITINERARY
Day 1 Leaving the local area early in the morning, we travel north to Blackpool making suitable refreshment stops along the way, and arriving in time for dinner.
Day 2 Take the day to explore Blackpool, where we have included entry to Blackpool Tower, ballroom and the circus. After dinner this evening, we take a leisurely guided coach tour through the amazing illuminations for which the town is so rightly famous.
Day 3 A day trip up to the southern region of the Lake District, visiting Kendal and Bowness on Windermere. After some free time for photos and refreshments, we travel south along the lake to Newby Bridge before returning to our hotel.
Day 4 Departing after breakfast, we head south and arrive in the local area late afternoon. We will make stops for refreshments along the way.
