A day to be bowled over by the beauty of England.

We combine a guided tour around Cirencester followed by lunch and an afternoon coach tour stopping off at gorgeous Bibury which was described by the artist William Morris as ‘the most beautiful village in England’ and indeed its setting on the River Coln is most picturesque. We stop to walk across the stone bridge and take a closer look at Arlington Row, a long, low terrace of 17th century stone weavers’ cottages.

Then on to Burford where the wide high street, fronted by fine old houses from the 17th and 18th century, nestles on a slope down to the River Windrush, making this one of the most beautiful of Cotswold towns.
