After our Wightlink ferry from Portsmouth to Fishbourne we make our way to Shanklin arriving late morning.

You will get free time in Shanklin, giving you the opportunity to explore the Isle of Wight’s premier resort. You may want to take a stroll through the Old Village with its beautiful thatched pub and cottages, or visit Shanklin Chine, a historic gorge with dramatic waterfalls, a nature trail and a heritage centre featuring a pictorial history of the Isle of Wight: "THE ISLAND - THEN AND NOW".

We leave Shanklin around 4pm to catch the 6 pm ferry back to Portsmouth.
