The Stevenson Brothers workshops are located in Bethersden, Kent. Since 1982, twin brothers Marc and Tony have striven to ensure the survival of the unique skills required to make their beautiful rocking horses. Our visit will consist of a guided tour of the workshop and showroom and see antique horses being restored in the 'Rocking Horse Hospital' as well as horses being painted and fitted with their leather tack and a view of the saddler making her beautiful miniature saddles and bridles. There's even a hairdressing salon, where the horse hair manes and tails are made.

It is then only a short trip on your coach to Tenterden to board the 1.15pm steam train. During the leisurely 21 mile round trip a ploughmans lunch will be served.
