We meet our Blue Badge Guide in the City of London before having lunch (not included) at the beautiful café in the new Salvation Army International Headquarters, a stone’s throw from the Millennium Bridge.

After lunch we head to Bloomsbury for an introduction and short walk to the elegant Foundling Museum for a tour.

The Foundling Hospital was established in 1739 by Captain Thomas Coram who was horrified at the sight of dead and dying babies abandoned on the streets of London. The Hospital looked after more than 27,000 children until its closure in 1953.

Afternoon tea (not included) will be available in the Foundling Museum’s café.
