New for this year, Rochester Castle overlooking the River Medway are hosting this Christmas Market. As well as a giant Christmas Tree, bandstand and carousel the market will feature over 300 German style Christmas chalets selling a huge range of festive food and drink and a wide variety of gifts and hand crafted items.

The castle walls will be illuminated in traditional festive colours and trees will be sprinkled with glittering fairy lights. Visitors will be welcomed by carol singers and street entertainers playing Dickensian characters who will mingle in the crowd throughout the market.
