First, we visit the Cabinet War Rooms at around 1200hrs, and have approximately 2 hours before making our way to the Imperial War Museum. The museum is unique in its coverage of conflicts, especially those involving Britain and the Commonwealth from the First World War to the present day. It provides and encourages study and understanding of the history of modern war and how it affects our lives. Depart from here around 1700hrs.
