Bridport a small market town is situated where the Rivers Brit and Asker meet – at the westerly end of the great shingle curve of Chesil Bank. It has over 1000 listed buildings of historic and architectural merit. Market days are Wednesdays and Saturdays, with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Later we make our way to West Bay where Harbour Lights with Nick Berry was filmed. A busy harbour village with beaches, kiosks, fishing boats, pubs and restaurants.
