Borde Hill Gardens is of great botanical importance with rare trees and shrubs, some of these the only surviving in the UK. A Grade II listed garden set in 200 acres of stunning parkland, it is renowned for magnificent magnolia, rhododendrons (450 varieties) and camellia collections. There is a Italian garden, sub-tropical dells and the exuberant Azalea Ring. The woodland area containing giant rhododendrons is carpeted with bluebells and anemones.
