Bletchley Park until fairly recently rejoices in the fact that it was Britain’s best kept secret. This is because the secrecy surrounding all the activities carried on there during WW2 was of vital importance to our security and ultimate victory. During WW2 the German armed forces top-secret codes were broken at Bletchley Park, providing the allies with vital information towards their war effort. The world's first programmable computer and other technologies we take for granted today were initiated at Bletchley Park. Lunch is a chef’s hot meal of the day (Cottage Pie with vegetables, vegetarian option or Homemade Lasagne with tea/coffee or soft drink). Tea/coffee will be served on departure.
This is an outside/inside walking tour so please wear sensible shoes and bring a coat/umbrella for inclement weather.
Perhaps its time you discovered the secrets for yourself!
